REFLECTIONS ON THE SCOURGE OF ALCOHOLISM Ella VERES Abstract: Reflection on the scourge of alcoholism is an applied study based on the Theater of the Oppressed method, combined in a series of interviews, with the purpose of healing and change, giving a voice to relatives who still suffered quietly after they lost their loved ones to alcohol. All the materials can be used as a base for dramatic writing. The applications are a direct result of the field research made in various locations as Zalău, Cluj, Budapest. The reserach was made with the help of students from the Babeş-Bolyai University, Deparment of Theater and Television, The Cinematography, Photography, and Media Wing. |
